NTL FTP down ?

I have NTL broadband max with the 50mb of FTP space well around one month ago the FTP went down but thay still havent fixed it yet does anyone know if thay are bring it back or if thay removed it all together.

Call them and they will fix it for you, I had the same problem about a moth ago.
