X plode, ceatine , protein etc...

    I have a tub of creatine mono (pure) what should I take it with?? I take it after training with water. i know it's not the best but I'm assuming there is some NO (form my xplode) left in my body to aid absorption


    Also when do you take your creatine or protein post workout? After lifting but before cardio or after the lot??
    sometimes there can be 60 - 90 mins after lifting before i make it home.
    further ideas?


    I do look bigger recently but the "intense training " xplod promised me really hasn't materialised....anybody else get the same reaction (or lack of it)

    There's a strange hit and miss result with NO stimulators. I know some guys swear by NO Xplode, and some guys who say lemonade is more powerful. There are some guys swear by Xplode and like yourself some get nothing out of it.
    Im an avid NutritionX fan, I love their Xplode, everymorning before training like clockwork it kicks. I did go one week without and I noticed my lifts were slightly down and a very Intense work out one day left me sick in the toilet. With Xplode I find my mood and focus increases for training and I like to get stuck in more.

    The important bit about taking NO stim's is that they are taken on an empty stomach.

    Why don't you take an al in one PWO shake which includes Creatine EE, Whey, Glutamine and Arginine. At least that way you have every angle covered.
