lost my Internet connection the other night while playing four stts. Thought I'd chance my arm and mail sun poker where I've been playing. The following is our correspondence

I play the sixpacs single table tournaments where i multi table four at a time in the £20/£30 level last night at approx 1 AM GMT I was playing 4 £30 6pacs when I lost connection to Sun. now i don't know if this was a server problem at your end or related to my broadband connection. The tournament IDs were
3696454 3696559 3696367 3696346. if the problem was at your end I would expect some recourse if it was my end, well i suppose its just bad luck on me, I'll win it back anyhow.

I'm sorry to hear about the connection problems. Last night we didn't have any server issues but what I have done is made a one-time accommodation of $220 to your account to make up for the buy-ins. that was decent of them. i shudder to think how much rake i spent on PPP... and got nothing..............

Afaik it's a Crypto skin.

yeh there crypto I'm with them for the 35% rakeback which is the most you can get on the network I think they also have a monthly reload bonus, guess they did get free pr for the $220 but still alright of them

Very well worded, your request. The whole 'I don't care one way or the other' tone works really well, and "I'll win it back anyhow" is excellent!

I think it might also have to do with the amount of rake I've been generating there. They got this feature that you can check your daily and monthly rake contribution and for my daily rake to be over $200 is not uncommon over the last few weeks. But still nice of them
