    Does Evening Primrose Oil have any benefit for men? My girlfriend just got a container of tablets and I tried one. Couldn't find any useful info in a quick google.

    AFAIK it has the same benefits as flaxseed oil in that it provides the body with essential polyunsaturated fats. I guess evening primrose oil is just easier to market to women than 'flaxseed oil' which is prefered by BB'ers cos' it sounds more butch:)
