first of all I would have pushed much harder pre-flop.

I would check in your situation now though.

First of all try to sit with a full stack.

Secondly, were you always getting this amount of callers, if so you need to increase your PF raise by 1 or 2 BB's

Thirdly, this is a terrible flop for you, you have 4 opponents, you're OOP, no hand and no draw. Any continuation bet is likely to be called as it's a certainty that this flop has hit someone, so, I just check fold here.

theres too many players is this hand for a continuation bet to work often enough. Your bound to get called by at least a flush draw, youll be oop with having no info on your opponents hands. I Check/fold most of the time here

Top-up. Raise more preflop. Don't bother going for a continuation bet here, there's no way you're gonna get through that many players.

    Check, fold.

Maybe my Pre Flop play needs some looking at too. I know you need to raise this hand but im playing at Titan and have found that any raise rarely gets called of €2 or more. This was very unusual to get this many callers but i try to vary it between 3-5 times the BB. Its just playing tight its hard whe you only get a hand every now and then, you raise €2 and everyone folds and you get 75cent from the blinds very dishartening. Any advice here, should i not worry if they keep folding and just play my game, how can i make money if they are folding so much and when they do call them raises its more than likely because they have a very good hand.

tbh I don't mind the raise, might make it 2 but wouldn't be critical of it.
    As played check fold.

My usual PF raise from UTG is lower than the amount I'll raise from LP, PF this is fine. Unless these size raises were getting multiple callers everytime, in which case you should increase it. You're aim PF is to try and get the hand heads-up with one opponent, preferably one of the blinds so you have position.

Don't worry about them folding... If it's rare that a €2 bet gets called then start raising every button, cut-off and cut-off minus one hand to €2. When they get tired of it and start playing back at you... readjust. If they get tight again... start raising again. Just make sure that you stay very aware of how they're playing against you.

Edit: If you do start raising a lot and get callers be careful... but be particularly careful when you get called by somebody who has position on you.

    Ok Here is the outcome

    LetsKickAce bets $1
    ReSoNaTeR folds
    1DaMatrix folds
    Eriol1985 calls $1
Dealing Turn Qs 5c 7s Js
    LetsKickAce bets $0.50
    Eriol1985 raises $2
    LetsKickAce calls $1.50
    Dealing River Qs 5c 7s Js 3d
    LetsKickAce checks
    Eriol1985 bets $3
    LetsKickAce folds
    Winner is Eriol1985 $15.15

Ok so my faults here were:

    1) Preflop: Not Raising enough (although this amount was enough for to get heads up before against this opposition)

    2) On The Flop: I got too many callers, i didnt hit the flop, should have check/folded here. (My thinking was although im now in a bad position, one person is likely to have hit that flop, a small bet of $1 (dont shout at me for minimum raise please) might prevent someone from betting back at me if they had Q10 or something and i might get heads up and get to see a card by investing $1 to see the next card with a pot of $7+, a $1 raise is often enough to do this in my experience at the Titan Poker 0.25/0.50 level although i know i should have either raised more aggressively or checked.)

    3) On The Turn: The jack appears on the turn, ive now a gutshot straight. I should have just checked here, the 50c bet was terrible, he bet back at me raising to $2, theres $10.50 in the pot it costs $1.50 to see the river giving me about 7/1 pot odds and although i dont quite have the correct odds my implied odds are good because im likely to be raised again on the river and i can re-raise. I could have just folded here either i suppose.

    4) The River: Probably the only good decision i made. I had nothing and he bet $3, i fold

Just want to add that I'm playing at similar levels to the OP and having similar problems post-flop and found this thread very helpful.

Particularly found brianmc's post helpful as it made me realise I should also improve pre-flop. I also have similar experiences of €2 raises pre-flop not getting called when I have a very strong hand, and was getting more passive pre-flop to try get paid. Have tried out changing gears to let them know if they keep folding to €2 raises, I'll keep taking their blinds. Getting called in this scenario and getting beaten at a showdown after getting there cheaply is sometimes no bad thing as it means they have me down as a chancer and so my raises with decent hands get more calls, and I get paid more in the long run.

    Thanks!
