    Nope.. different e-mail address is all that's required.

    Picked up the 3 Star Wars for €8.90 each... but used both a £2 voucher and affiliate link for them so am hoping they go under CDWOW's radar as they're 50 / 50 in terms of letting that stuff slide.

    I have a cdwow.ie voucher for 15euros, just wondering if I can couple it with something!

    Cheers Basquille, went for the Blade/Terminator boxsets (just over 13 euro each). Also the Snatch superbit. They seem to have cracked down on the $2 discount link on dvdbargain.net, cancelling my last two orders using this. Thought they might of had a few specials on the horrors but they seem a bit pricey. Dvdsoon in their day were great for that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 44,200 ✭✭✭✭Basq

    Yeah, they've been cracking down on using vouchers in the sale.. even though i've used them in CDWOW sales before without problem (the difference is this was actually a good CDWOW sale for once)

    Had a fear that they'd cancel my orders that were ordered both using an affiliate link (£1) and a £2 voucher but they're all changed to 'Despatched' in the Order Tracking page.

    So got:

    Star Wars IV: Original 1977 Theatrical Special Edition (2 Disc Set) - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€8.90)
    Star Wars: Episode V - Empire Strikes Back: Original Version (2 Disc Set) - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€8.90)
    Star Wars: Episode VI - Return Of The Jedi: Original Version (2 Disc Set) - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€8.90)
    The Terminator Trilogy (4 Disc Set) - DVD Region 2 (€10.38)
    The Simpsons: Complete Season Two - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€14.90) { ** not processed yet.. fingers crossed ** }
    The Simpsons: Complete Season Three - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€14.90) { ** not processed yet.. fingers crossed ** }
    The Simpsons: Complete Season Four - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€14.90) { ** not processed yet.. fingers crossed ** }
    The Simpsons: Complete Season Five - DVD Region 2 & 4 (€14.90) { ** not processed yet.. fingers crossed ** }

    Total: €96.68

    :D:

    Ah well.. didn't break the €100 with all my purchases so i guess that's something to be proud of!

    Tends to be 2 weeks for me from CD WoW, and I have one order at the moment over a month without being dispatched :|
    CD WoW are the worst of all the online shops I use for delivery.

    Older/warehouse items tend to take alot longer to ship. And even with current releases cdwow can (sometimes) be a bit slow to dispatch but apart from a few delays I've always received my orders very quickly.

    I think the problem with their delivery times rests more with an post, I am getting massive delays on all my cdwow purchases and anything from England or Jersey. Picked up loads of stuff in their sale this weekend, it was like a treasure trove!
