I think they might have frozen it.

I ordered it. Went to checkout. Redeemed voucher and clicked buy. It then thanked me for my purchase.

But it isn't showing up in my order history nor have I recieved a confirmation mail.

I tried again (thinking I'd just cancel the second order if it did go through) but it refused the discount voucher saying it had already been used. So, the order had been processed but it's not showing up beside the other stuff I've ordered.

Dunno what was going on there. It refused to let me enter the discount code again cos I'd already used it apparently. But my 'use' wasn't showing up in the order bar.

But it worked the 5th time.

Can't complain when you get something that costs €67 in shops for less than €20!!

Thanks for the heads up. I havent ordered anything from CDWOW in a long because the system they use for payments (worldpay) stopped accepting my credit card and they wouldnt tell me why. They seem to have changed to a different payment processor and I can now place orders again. Now to watch Season 2 again before season 3 starts.

No.. there's been reports of shipments but they have been cracking down on using vouchers in the sale.. some people are lucky and some not so much!

Maybe Region "10" is Region 2 in binary.

My feckin' King Kong DVD got lost in transit too so CDWOW aren't my favorite sellor at the moment.

What a bummer... I used the affiliate link and the voucher code to place an order yesterday. Somehow, CD-WOW's system screwed it up and my order disappeared. I tried again, but my voucher code was now "used up already" and customer support told me to wait 24 hours and try again...

... well, here I am, trying again after 24 hours and what do I see? Battlestar Galactica is not on offer any more. The links from this thread end up on CD-WOW's main page instead . And the other CD I was also trying to order costs a £ more than it did yesterday. So much for getting a great deal.

Got the same mail, but if you think their stock system is bad here you should see the recent problems I've had with them. CDs out of stock for over a month and then just disappearing off their site so I've had to cancel the orders (they seem to charge on order, and not on dispatch too).

But the two guys in work will be happy, they are actually places charging ~€100 for this still online!

I just got an e-mail from worldpay telling me that the order had been canceled and my money refunded. Great. I e-mailed CD-WOW to try and find out what went wrong. I guess it's just not meant to be...

I got the email about the delay to 3/11/06 as well. I suppose that I can't really complain as I got my order in at £9.99. It is £36.99 on Play.com at the moment.

I got my box set today - but I am thinking they might have sent me the wrong thing. It is Battlestar Galactica alright, but the front of the box says "Season 2.0". There is no episode listing, so I don't know what's there and what's missing.

Is this the same box the others received? Of course, I could just count the DVDs (6 is OK, 3 is bad), but I don't want to open the shrink wrap in case I need to return it...

I have the same one undo, has season 2.0 on the front with adama and his ladies. It has six discs inside it with episode listings for each disc.
