    Not bad shots.
In the first one I think the contrast it too harsh, and in the other 2 I think you need to get dwon to the same level as the child.

Very nice. I'd brighten the first and maybe lower the contrast a little. Conversely, I'd increase the contrast on the second two :)

Good work, pretty much what the chaps already said. I would like to see the first one brighter. Thanks for posting and sharing them with us.

    Thanks for the comments gents.

I'm actually happy with how harsh the first one is but I know the second two need something done to make her stand out against the background more.

I'm going to be doing a whole series on her in the style of the second 2 so I really want to get it right.

    Thanks again.

    those last two:

First one - the pebbles make it look cluttered, combined with the stripey top it doen't work for me.

Bottom one - perhaps colour would be important here to showthe diverse colours childrens toys come in.

    Just my 2c

On the top one. crop down from the top or clone out the light switch. It caught my eye. I really like that shot. It would be much better for a boy than a girl as the hard shadow lines are great for men, but softer lighting for girls. Really like it!

As for the others, sorry, but they are high quality snapshots to me. As was said above, eye level would make all the difference. Number 2 seems very soft.
