Online commentary streams - pausing?

When I am watching a live stream of a football match, I would like to listen to English commentary(from an other source), but the stream is about a minute behind the commentary, does any one have any idea how to "pause" the live audio, so I could sync with the match? And does any one have any good source for English…

And does any one have any good source for English commentary on the web? I don't know how to get BBC Five Live to work in Ireland.

5 live wont work outside britain, as we don't pay a BBC licence fee in ireland
