    it's pretty self-explanatory. Sign up for a free account. Then input your daily foods and it will tell you what each food's calorie, protein, fat and carb content is. You'll need to put in your foods every day but you can log commonly used foods to make it easier for yourself.

    What you want to do is use it to track your calories and macronutrient ratios (proteins: fats: carbs). afaik there's actually a tutorial function too. Also try caloriecounter.com or nutritiondata.com
