Touchpad on Zen Touch not working

Hey just dropped my creative zen touch 20 gig, turned it on and the touch bad is broke. What should I do? I think it's out of warranty, i've had it bout 2 years. I'm pretty set on taking it apart at the moment to try and fix it. Has anyone else ever taken theirs apart, and can maybe give me some tips on what to expect inside, or what not to touch, what to do to fix it? Also has this happened anyone before and what did they do? Or if even anyone knows how much it'd cost to get repaired and if it'd be worth it?
Any help will be muchos appreciated! Moderator please feel free to chuck this into another forum if it'd get a better response their but i think this is the right one!

Creative have one year warranty on their products so you're out of luck I'm afraid. ( anyway, if you dropped it, they most likely would not consider that a warranty case.)

You could contact them and ask if you can replace it at a cost.

In case anyones interested, was just bout to take it apart, when i tried givin it a few solids whacks to the back of it! Turned it on, it was working perfectly! My hopes aren't high for how long it stays working..:)
