your eating far to little at the moment. Basically your body is going to go into starvation mode and try and keep as much fat as possible if you keep up that diet. Also as you don't eat that often your metabolism is probably going to slow down aswell.

Your best bet is to read the stickies at the top of the forum and try and work out roughly what your daily calorific needs are and then take around 700 away from it as a rough mark. You could use something like fitday.com to monitor your daily calorific intake and see where it may be falling down. What you should be doing is looking to have 6 small-medium meals a day and also get a decent breakfast into you

Also instead of the wrap try a wholegrain pita instead and put some nuts and seeds in your diet aswell aswell as eggs, ideally try and have some protein with every meal.

Also when doing weights try and keep it to compund lifts like bench press, squats. dips and chins and deadlifts or bent over rows as you will get better results from these then just using machines

hello i know this is posted about a million times but apologies
:o yup, it has!! Ok, have you figured out from the stickies roughly how many calories you need to take in per day? From that you can then use a resource like fitday.com to work out how many calories your taking in on a daily basis right now and adjust accordingly. Obviously it's more complicated that that, but it's a start.
    Apple x 2 at 10am
What time do you get up? If it's at 7 or 8 you should be eating sooner than that and a lot more than two apples. Some complex carbs (porridge or muesli) will keep you fuelled.
ham + turkey + low calorie coleslaw ( very small amount ) on a fajita wrap at 12pm
lose the coleslaw, it's muck. And wraps aren't brilliant, what about a nutty brown wholemeal bread instead?
then go walking fast pace for 40 mins then go the gym at 5pm and do 8 mins on bike to warm up the stretches and then 20 on crosstrainer and 20 on threadmill both at high tempos and then 30 mins weights and then go home and have oven cooked chicken fillets x 2 and small baby potatoes and carrots
If you don't eat between 12pm and after the gym you're aboslutely starving yourself and will not help you lose weight. Eat small amounts consistently. So eat breakfast, then mid-morning, then lunch, then mid-afternoon. Gym at 5 then dinner after that.
and i only drink 1 night a week and only have 6 pints with no food afterwards.
six pints can equal about 1200 calories ;)

You're on the right track (sort of!!). I know it's a pain but the stickies have most, if not all, the info you need. A lot of people think that to lose weight you have to cut down your food intake drastically- you don't you just eat the right things at the right time!!
