Hemp does not contain any THC its perfectly legal.

Cannabis with under 0.3% THC content is legal in the EU. Industrial hemp, used for making fibre/healthfood etc. falls into this category.

But, but, the guy in naked camera complained to the owner of the hemp store that a jumper he wore to a court hearing got him stoned!!
