    hi,
I am going on a trip to Peru to treck the Inca trail. Does anybody have any good cures for altitude sickness??

Give yourself a couple of days to get used to the altitude before trying anything too strenuous. Coca tea and glucose tablets can help relieve the sympthoms a bit.

At least three days needed to be reasonably sure of avoiding it.

Exercise of course will exacerbate it,do things more slowly, and rest when needed.
