I'm trying to uninstall Microsoft Activesync, but it's not letting me do it.. "A serious error occured" comes up when I try it in the add/remove programs menu. When I try to upgrade the version of the program without removing the old one first, I get the error that the setup cannot be completed... How on earth do I uninstall it??

Try uninstalling through safemode. If that doesn't work then try and delete the folders in the C: drive but make sure you know whats what there.

The only other option is to use system restore back to a previous date when you were or if having problems with the software. Other wise do a search using the sofware and error message under GOOGLE and see what comes up.
