    Hi,

I'm looking for something I can do regularly but to fit in with my problem below...any recommendations welcome

I have a serious problem in my left leg which means any pressure applied to the thigh results in loss of feeling to the entire leg and sometimes intense pain. This, worth mentioning obviously, has been checked medically and cannot be explained. This means leg extensions are pretty much out the window (unless I do them with one leg, which I sometimes do but its awkward and looks rather strange half hanging outta the machine) as is the leg press, which is managable but sometimes painful, and this leaves me solely with the hip adductor and whatever the other one is called thats works the outside...

    Thanks guys.

It really annoys me when doctors just can't explain things, so many of them seem to be just lazy sods who couldn't give a toss. What exactly did they say?
