Chorus Digital €5 extra outlet

    Just called chorus now to ask for an additional digital outlet - have 2 already but want to get another installed in my room- - some newby took about 20mins to look me up as i'd not got my a/c number but eventually she ordered an installation for me - said my next bill was going to be €57.99 - just after I hung up i realised that that was a bit expensive - as had been told that the aditional outlet was just €5 extra per month - so i called back and was told that I had been charged €15.00 per month for the second outlet that I had already got installed!! But now it would drop back to the €5.00 rate - makes no sence to me whatsoever - I asked for a reason as to why i'd been paying €15 all along for an outlet that was only worth €5 - they declined!! Turns out now I'm going to get both extra outlets for €5 each - total month is €37.99Unbelievable - NTL take them over asap please...

    Chorus is already part of NTL both are own by UPC, NTL is been charging €5 per extra point for a while that could be the reason why yours is down from €15, did they mention how much for the connection of the extra point?

    Connection fee is €50 - I wonder how long would it have taken them to let me know the price drop - or would they have notified me at al! only reason I got it cheaper was cause I contacted them to add the extra point.

    I know that they NLT and Chorus have been merged but wonder when the crappy epg will be changed to the new universal one?
