Car charger no longer works

car battery was flat so was going to charge it overnight with the car charger i have.
However I wasn't thinking and put the leads on incorrectly and plugged it in. Needle stayed at zero. Seen my mistake and switched the + and - leads properly. Restarted the charger but the needle didn't go up at all. No sparks on the leads or anything.

I can confirm that it was working properly not so long ago. So have i fried it by putting the leads on incorrectly or blown a fuse or something?
