12 month gold membership+1000 free points

    So I bought the 12 month gold membership+1000 free points off play.com. Just after entering the code in there and it all worked fine, except... I still have no marketplace points. The box the prepaid card came in said nothing about 1000 free points. What's going on here?

    Sorry forgot about this...

    They send you the code in the post. It comes in a card form where you scratch the back off to reveal the code. The card is inside a normal xbox 360 game box.

    I didn't get my points sorted. Turns out they're supposed to email you a code for the extra points, but they never tell you that. Read it on the xbox.com forums. Most people have had problems getting their extra points out of them. You really need to hound them, emails and phone calls. I can't really since I bought the 12 month subscription on a misprice. Cost me €17.50, I think I'll just let the 1000 points slide.

    Send them an email asking for the code, they cant ask for your live account back , they sent you out the item at the price they had marked.
