I ordered pretty much the exact same kit (as the one that got "lost" by An Post) from UNCompany (as opposed to WGC) and they shipped it with DHL. Its current status is
    October 15, 2006 17:27 Departed from DHL facility in London-Heathrow - UK

It made a stop-off in England and customs over there had it for 4 1/2 hours before they cleared it and now its on the way (probably by now in Ireland). I hope this one doesnt get lost again!

    Wish me luck!!

Sounds good Harekin. You will probably get it on tuesday. My G3SG1 was only shipped from London and it took almost a week to get to me in Dublin. I think customs had mine for about 3 days before it was released. Best of luck

I thought that only ever happened to me! haha. You have to resort to using coins....pencils.....or a whole range of items that just wont work . I get in the habbit of when I'm expecting a parcel of having a knife of blade somewhere nearby ;)

or worse. the postman has come a couple of times and i havent been able to find a key to open the door.

by the time i opened the door the last time, he was handing my Mac 11 to my neighbour.

the time before that he gave my rifle to a family up the road. a 7 year old kid brought the package down to my house

thank god he didnt open it !

    Well guys here she is:
October 15, 2006 23:11 Dublin - Ireland, Republic Of Arrived at DHL facility in Dublin - Ireland, Republic Of

October 16, 2006 00:05 Dublin - Ireland, Republic Of Clearance processing complete at Dublin - Ireland, Republic Of

DHL clearly rock, they have had it cleared by customs already and it will probably arrive tomorrow by the looks of it.

Wanna know the true irony here?
The shipping was actually cheaper than last time for a VASTLY more efficient, quick and effective service. Guys request DHL in future. Even with 100% value on invoice it still didnt get VAT!
Think about it...$20 less for a MUCH better service.

I'm so excited for you :D did you get it or wha???!

I got it...weird story. They said I missed the delivery, so I told them Id pick it up and I jumped in the car and headed out. Picked up one part of my parcel (the P90) but they said the other had gotten delivered earlier that day...I asked were they sure and they said yes. So I presumed it was on the way. I checked the tracking and it said it was with the courier at 6.10pm which was strangely when I was leaving DHL. The second part of the package contains the high cap, low-cap, 2 batteries and computer charger I ordered so no fun yet...I do however have the gun which is NICE!

yay! another airsoft gun in the Bray area.
yet, still no one with land to share. bugger.

everyday, i become more and more tempted to do this with my back garden

    http://www.angelfire.com/ak5/reconteam/garden.html

    increadibly stupid looking? - yes
closest thing to skirmishing in Ireland for the near future? - sadly, yes again.

Thats pretty sad.......haha, I doubth my parents would let me do anything like that to there garden :( . Why arent them twits wearing eye protection? You got a shot in the eye at that range and it could be 'bye bye sight', I know it says the guns are unloaded, no batteries etc etc....but still.

No it aint my first. Had a CO2 Uzi and a couple of springer handguns before...first AEG tho.

Note in the pics it has my King Arms Multi-Reticle Red Dot Reflex sight attached to the top rail and that does not come as standard.

    And her it is...:D

Heres a video to keep you going until you get to fire it Harekin :D

Ok......I know its not airsoft, but it gives you an idea :D , thats a pretty cool magazine feeding system, the mag rotates the rounds 90 degree before they get stripped from the mag!

I saw that P90 video a few months ago, its damn cool. But I have gotten to fire it, the magazines, batteries, charger and goggles I ordered arrived this morning.
