Advice on finding a rehearsal space

Anyone got any ideas about how/where to go about finding a space to let to use as a rehearsal room - using loop/pulse etc is too pricey if you're going a couple of times a week. Basically looking for some kind of empty studio space where you can get away with playing loud music.... Advice appreciated

Band is based in Drumcondra, yes some drivers available

from drumcondra, hop on the train, head to leixlip confey, about 20/25 minutes, 3/4 mins walk.
