Deposit money on PPP

normally i deposit money into my PPP account through the post office with the card i got from them. however i seem to have lost this so was trying to deposit some with my visa or laser card (first time for this) but an error kept on coming up saying i have a positive balance (0.03) hence why the deposit. do u have to have zero in the account for it to work or is there another problem with the deposit. tryed looking for an answer on the T&C but to no avail. does anyone have an idea why this is happening?? and before u ask both cards have money on them.

I got this error before but i couldnt figure out why either. On using another card it let me deposit so it has nothing to do with your balance.

You could however put money into your account by visiting your local paddy power betting office. Just tell them your name and username and theyll lodge the money free of charge. You need to use your sportsbook username btw and not your poker login name

Hi, the problem is to do with there being a balance on the account. If you ring the poker helpline if you're in Ireland, we'll be able to add the card for you manually.

This is wierd, why is there a problem because of a balance on an account. Do u have to zero out your account before you can deposit. Never heard of that before??

ya can't understand it either. i would have thought they would have accepted the deposit regardless of the balance on the account. very strange. might try and get to one of their shops. but my saturday night home alone was ruinned by it. B*%&"+DS

There is no problem depositing while you have a balance. You just cant add a NEW card yourself when you have a balance. If you call the support line they can do it.
