    Hi all,

Just wondering is there any Muay Thai clubs in the Newbridge/Nass area?
If not any good Kickboxing clubs!

Thanks in advance for the help:)

    Hey Paddy
Can you just go to your classes there or do you have to sign up for the entire sbg thing.

(I was at Ropers seminar night there on Friday, pretty cool stuff!)

you can of course just train Thai - we dont force yah to roll around with sweaty men! it's on monday, wednesday and saturdays. 10/10 training maybe 5-6/10 paddy's jokes :D
