why do people buy a limited media player like ipod?
because some peoples needs don't exceed the limits of the ipod with orignal firmware.
when cormie makes the move to ipod i'll eat my hat. twice.

Hehe, I wont be making the move until rockbox is working fully on the new 80GB model. If RockBox wasn't going to be on it, I wouldn't move. The double space is the main attraction and it just outweighs the benefits of recording, optical and the lcd remote which I never really used. Have to find something else to record gigs though

ohh so it's not working fully on the 80gig version? how is that like isn't the 80gig version just an updated hard drive and still basically just an ipod video?0 -

Rockbox is developed by owners of the actual players themselves. So it must just be none of the developers own a Zen.0 -
