getting in shape tips

    whther you want to gain weight(muscle) or lose weight(fat) the basic training and diet is the same except that you would eat a little more or less depending your goals

    Tip 1 . eat 6 small meals a day

    Tip 2 eat a portion of protein and a portion of carbohydrates in each meal

    tip 3 a portion is unique to each person in that a portion is the size of your fist

    tip4.exercise with weights intensely 3 days a week

    tip5 exercise with intense cardio for 20 minutes in between weighttraining days 3 days a week.

    tip6 visulise what you want to achieve.and focus on it daily

    tip7.write down your goals and read them every day

    tip 8 drink 10 glasses of water a day and drink an addition glass for every cup of tea/coffe or diet soda you have.

    tip9 eats as much veg with any of your meals as you like

    tip 10 eat salmon,mackeral ,trout or any oil fish 3 times a week, if you dont like fish have 1 tablespoon of flax or 1 tablespoon of udos oil a day

    tip 11 take a good multivitamin

    tip 12 if possible do your workouts first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
