I recently purchased this 15" TEVION LCD TV in Aldi, principally to use it as a PC monitor. However when trying to use it as such the screen goes blank with a message appearing stating that "NO SIGNAL RECEIVED".
My problem is that my pc runs on WINDOWS 2000 and the TV/MONITOR does not recognise it.It works ok on "WINDOWS XP".
Would anyone know a site where I could download a driver to do the job for me?
The model number of the TV in question is "LCD 1507"

It is most likely a screen resolution/refresh issue rather than a driver issue. There is no reason a windows 2000 PC wouldn't work.

What resolution/refresh rate is the PC set to, and is this compatible with that TV?

I think maybe some newer graphics cards don't support 640x480 while most older cards do.

Only test suggestions i can think of:

Holding down f8 before windows starts to boot should give you a boot menu for windows, which might let you choose the most basic graphic mode to start windows.

Otherwise setting the graphics mode/resolution in windows 2000 to the lowest resolution in display properties in the control panel with a monitor that works and then switching to the new monitor to see if it works.

As you suggested it was a resoloution/refresh rate problem which i have now rectified ,thanks to your help
