this question is directed at the legal eagles among us. I am working on a project for 3rd year Software Development. We have to made an online shop of our own design. We don't have to actually publish it on the net, but I may get into it and try to bring it further. As I am into Airsoft I decided to make an online Airsoft shop. here's the question: for the name I chose The Kill-Bot Factory. I looked before choosing the name and there are no domains taken. Would I be liable by The Simpsons if I chose this name becuse Kent Brockman used it in an episode? I know it sounds very unlikely, but it's better to be safe then sorry

Well first of all I'd buy it first/now, just incase someone buys it. You can worry about it after you find out the legalities.
