Remote Desktop + VNC = Black Screen

    Looking for some help on an issue here in work that we are having with remote access.

    Need to access a PC remotely....problem is that we have two sets of people accessing it - one set like to use VNC and the other Remote Desktop.

    VNC works fine...but if someone uses Remote Desktop, VNC will not work again until the PC is rebooted.

    VNC will allow you to log in, but after that, all you see is a blank/black screen.

    For example -

    I just rebooted the PC now and was able to connect using VNC no problem.

    Disconnected from VNC and then I connected with Remote Desktop....which also worked fine

    But when I disconnected from Remote Desktop and tried to re-log in using VNC, I got the blank screen again.....

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Am using Ultra VNC 1.0.2 at both ends....
