Paypal/andale problem

Hi guy's

I bought a set of spotlights for a car on the 4th of october,i had previously asked the seller for a shipping price to ireland - 55dollars - grand.

So as soon as the auction was finished i went ahead with the payment,it took me thru an andale checkout where the only option for international payment was to canada and cost 37 dollars so i attached a message asking the seller to send me an invoice via paypal for the extra 18 and i would happily pay.

The next day i recieved an email with an address and was asked to send payment to this via paypal,heres the problem!When i enter the email for payment it tells me "this seller only accepts payment via shop" and gives me a link back to the andale checkout,when i click on that it just shows me an invoice for my purchase and wont let me edit to send more funds.

I have been emailing the seller (both via his store on andale and ebay) twice a day for the past 5 days and have gotten no reply,whats the best way to go about things from here?

His account seems fine,no sign of a hijack or no recent negative feedbacks either

Yep Ruu,ive used ebay,andale and any other email address i can find for him but still no joy
