Win Server 2003 Problem

    Hi guys!

    first of all i know very little about win serveer 2003, but the guys in work were hit with a problem and Im wondering if anyone on here can help.

    Basically there was a powercut the other night and one of our boxes in the server room went down. It required us to enter our admin password to get it up and running again, but after several attempts we cant get in (its funny really we're really serious in terms of passwords and security, but we cant remember this actual one).

    So, to my knowledge the guys tried a recovery on the system setup...only to be greated with this error
    Win server 2003, Standard Edition Setup

Setup cannot create the folder

\Windows\Web\Printers 

Setup cannot continue until the folder is created

  To retry, press ENTER

  To quit Setup, press F3

    On another previous attempt it was a different folder it couldnt create. We are unsure if it was sucessful in creating any other folders as we had to leave it work away due to the time it took.

    any help would be greatly appreciated!
