I just put a small bet on in the bookies.

    Portugal to beat Poland
    Italy to beat Georgia
    England and Croatia to draw

    9/1.

Poland don't seem to be playing well. I watched bits and pieces of their last game on Setanta. They're certainly lacking leadership if Zurawski is their captain.
    Italy should win in Georgia.
England are playing with basically 5 defenders against a team that hasn't lost at home in 3 years. Draw written all over it. :)

Wales 2-0 Cyprus. Potential giant killing on the cards? :)

The welsh jersey looks like it has a big stuck on paper collar.

    3-1 to Wales atm.

Wales looking decent in attack. But a strong CM pairing (say, Carsley/S. Reid) should easily dominate them.

All pretty tight for except for Sweden in group F.

England are going to be under the cosh, Italy can't be too comfy while Norn Iron are less Tesco and more Marks and Sparks!

Just seen that Spain beat Argentina 2-1 tonight with both sides fielding strong lineups and Xavi scoring a cracker. I'll never get my head around them.

Gotta love Aertel, they had (and still have) "Alonso" as the first goalscorer for Spain. Their researchers should all be sacked! :D

Thierry Henry scored for Turkey too...
