I got my cards read at the mind body spirti festival in cork a few weeks ago. The guy who did it is on BBC i think, anyway he was in the same cubby area as that ferguson fella.
Anyway i found the reader to be fairly spot on with what he said, however a bit of in other ways.
I was happy overall with the reading, except when he says myself and my bf will break up within two years and i'll meet an older man. that i will get married twice in my life.

Now my question is, if i went back the next weeka nd got my cards read again, how much may they change? Do you unconsiously change your future by believing and adjusting your life to what the cards say?

Just by knowing about something you change how you think about things and that cant help but change the outcome in some respects.

Also it must be noted at any good reader will tell you that it is only one possible path for your future. Some people recommend that you only get 1 reading every 3 months (at most) as it takes that long for your "energy" to change, so I wouldnt run back looking for another reading.

Remember - nothing is set in stone!

btw way if this is the same Trilo I met at the #Boards Beers - then hi!

I agree with 6th.........when I do a reading I purposely ask for information that will only help guide the person for the highest good. And I tell the sitter that their choice is what will make the future (to a certain extent anyway).
Perhaps someone saying that you will break up and their will be another opportunity for you will spur you to think about your relationship and evaluate it in the long term. ie cause a decision to be made by you of your own free will to work on your relationship or end it.

Just my opinion on the ambiguous results that readings can sometimes produce.

Sure is a great scheme isn't it? if she breaks up with her boyfriend within 2 years then the psychic was dead accurate - proof of psychic powers and all that. On the other hand if she doesn't then it's because she changed her destiny and worked harder on her relationship with her boyfriend - Thank God for that advice "mr psychic".

Who said anything about looking for proof, she got advice of someone.

    Is that aimed at me?

    Hiya 6th (yes it is me:eek: )

Anyway i believe in the tarot, i wouldn't be obsessed with any reading, but i was just curious about how a next reading would be after the first one. i never knew there was a 3 month wait in between readings.

Anyway i got my cards read years ago, i didnt like the guy who did it, he was one of those people who uses his gift in a negative way, i.e. draining energy of people, or whatever. Anyway he read my cards and he was spot on thinking back. My life did change as he said it would, however i don't think i spent much time thinking of the reading and how my life would turn out.

I have no issue with anything the reader said, i don't take it as the gospel, however stuff he did say about me was spot on..like im over analyzing things..and to stop it. Also that i have a blond haired friend whoes leading me astray and is having issues in relation to her tummy area..now he was spot on about that.

lol... he also told me not to get preggers within the next year...like hello.. now thats kind of scary ****.. like what did he mean..that there would be problems..etc. i really should have asked him.

Am i babbling..please tell me to stop:)

I'm a pretty reliable type of lad on opininons etc, and I can say that if you use tarot correctly and tune in, they do give surprisingly accurate answers.

I suppose two readings 3 months apart 'should' be quite similar. Speaking for myself, I wouldnt get readings as often as that, like going to the dentist, once every six months to a year should be enough anything more is overkill;)

While psychics can be accurate, dont take everything as gospel. I saw a woman loose the plot once when a reader told her her husband would die before her. (Didnt say this week or anything, just 'before', which could mean in 20 years!) These people are interpreting things for you, and either can be wrong or you can pick them up wrong! Ultimately your life is yours and will not follow the exact path they describe anyway.
