    Hey

I am getting married in San Silvestro, in Rome next March and I was wondering if anyone had any good restaurant recommendations for the reception. There will be about 35 people at the wedding.

We were at a friends wedding there recently and the reception was in a fantastic restaurant. Great food, service and atmosphere. It was just a bit of a trip from San Silvestro. However, if I can’t find somewhere nearer to the church then this will be ideal.

If anyone was at a wedding in San Silvestro and was at a nice restaurant could you please let me know the name – Or if you have any other suggestions please let me know.

    Thanks

Is San Silvestro in Rome or outside it? I was at a Wedding in Jul in rome itself, my friends gots married in the Irish College and their reception (c35 people too) was in the Hotel Quirinale on via nazionale. Can't recommend it enough, beautiful setting in a garden courtyard, gorgeous food and wine, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Hotel itself has a sort of old world faded charm to it. Lots of character :) Have some photos, if you want to take a look pm me

elqu, can you tell me if they were able to have a private room with their own music?
We want to find a venue, already have plans for a restaurant, that will cater for 50 or so people, with a bar and dancing til the wee small hours!
