amount of time needed in gym for results?

    hi jus looking for some advice about working the gym. I need to find out the best routines like is chest and back ok for monday and jus mondays?Is it enoughh of a workout for these particular muscles by just doing them once a week? My rotine is monday-chest and back weds-arms and shoulders friday-legs and core.Am i going about the gym the right way with the right form or should i have a different plan.Should i be hitting the above muscles mentioned 2-3 times a week?Im jus looking to build some solid muscle without getting too big.Also looking on info about maxi muscle products in particular thermobol(tinkthats what it is called).Thanks any info will be great about whats mentioned above.

    back and chest are too big muscles. Best of doing them on seperate days.

    This is a common routine:
    Chest and Biceps
    day off
    Back and Triceps
    day off
    Legs
