    Hi all,

Just started back getting Fit, started a new gym doing basic spinning.

First class was tonight, I enjoyed it but it was very tough for me.

Qs is this though, I really feel sick now (sorry) but I do.

Im sure this will pass in time as my fitness improves but can I do anything to Minimise it? also why do I feel this way?

    Thanks

(I know this is probably a stupid Qs but if someone could provide me with some sort of answer I would appreciate it)

It might be from eating too close to the class. Don't worry it'll pass. Don't forget to get your diet right too ;)

Thanks amazingemmet, I hadn't eaten since 1:30 that day though :/

Hopefully it will pass soon, eat fairly well anyway I would think, lots of veg and very little processed food. Still thats for another day
