    Hello,

I'm just wondering if it is possible to search the sky TV listings on their web page to see if for example a particular film was due to be shown on any sky channel in the next week, 2 weeks, or month etc.

    thanks.

get Digiguide. You can even enter a title to be alerted about WHENEVER it DOES appear in listings. Searchable more than 2 weeks ahed.

    Google

Also, check out http://www.tvguide.co.uk/ for browser based tv guide, however listings are only for 3 days.

Also there is a free downloadable guide called uhm, Freeguide which offers 7 days TV listings, or it can be amended apparently to offer 14 days. It looks plain with a lot less features than digiguide, but you get what you pay for, and it is usuable.

Yep. I have that too. Forgot to mention it. Also www.tvtv.co.uk But subscription meant for satellite/freeview PVRs etc. Don't know if the £12 is per month or per year.

there is also this front end to xmltv, xmltvgui this will do the grabbing and sorting of the channels you select - uses the radiotimes site. Then these listings can be viewed/searched in xmltv viewer. I find the PDA version handy to see whats on now/next without disturbing what you are currently viewing.
