It just says. "An error has occured while sending mail. The mail server responded: sorry, the domain isnt in my list of allowed rctphosts. Please verify that your email address is correct in your mail preferences".

Can you help any further. this is in thunderbird

Can you receive email? The SMTP server must be the same one that your Internet Provider uses.

Who is your ISP? you need to use their SMTP server.

could be a corporate firewall also.

You would have to contact magnet and get their smtp (outgoing server) address and maybe contact your admin and see if its sending mail is allowed.

Are you using the correct port?

also try smtp.eircom.net instead of mail1.eircom.net.
