new Cheap pc's is it worth it?

Hi there has anyone used this company to buy pc's from they seem well cheap, does anyone know what happens if the pc goes faulty??

They seem very cheap, just speced up a new core duo e6600, 7900gt 2gm kingston ram, 400gb hdd 500w psu good mobo, all the bits and pieces for :

There have been a couple of threads about Ankermann, I'll try and root them up. Seem pretty cheap and decent.

yer, great company. as for the warrantym it's RTB for 24 months so if anything goes wrong it gets sent back to them for fixing. I have a system here in work and the power supply blew due to a power surge (didn't tell them that though), took a couple of days to get an RMA number to send it back and I got some troubleshooting from them via e-mail, I sent the power supply back by reg post (at the companies cost) on Monday so will keep u posted on how long it takes to get a new 1 to us.
