    ok i bought a fone of this this guy

    all was good and i had paid and i get a email today for ebay saying aution was canneled and i did not get my money back who should i conntact.:(

    In the original post, you didn't mentioned the payment method. Contact both eBay and the seller. Any reason given why the auction was cancelled?

    are you sure the email you received was from ebay?
    perhaps it was a scam email as there appears to be nothing to indicate the auction is closed by ebay - also none of his other auctions are closed.

    Login to eBay and look in your My eBay to see if the item you purchased is still listed and what the status is.
