    Hi All

Got a wee problem. My sight is beginning to shake itself loose a bit and it needs tightening. Problem is, none of the allen keys I have (including the swissarmy multiple keys) fit the bastar ............. nuts. HIGHLY ANNOYING!

The sight is a taxonics compound sight if that makes a difference. Does anyone have any handyman trick to tighten an allen nut with wrong sized keys?

I may have one trick if you dont mind ruining a screwdriver. All that you do is file a large one to fit into the allenkey hole then just turn away. Altow if it dosent turn out with moderate force then dont force it. The last think you need is a busted up screwdriver and a compleatly out of shape allenhead.

Smells like you have metric allen keys, and it's an American sight, so probably uses imperial.

Trust Renagade to come up with the simple (and correct) answer :D:D

We have to get ride of one system..... since 99% of archery is imperial then you should all bin your metric allen keys.

PS only Yamaha use metric (and they dont make archery equipment any more)

    Bugger

The guy who sold me the sight (well guessed, from america) never told me that! Would altservices or the likes do imperial ones or would I have to go to a US store like Lancaster?

Any half decent hardware shop will sell you a set of imperial allen keys.
