Sister needs a PC, basic needs, Word, Listening/Downloading music, Watching DVDs, burning cds, wireless, ETC. nothing major - like no gaming or video editing. So i was thinking somewhere around 700-800 would do ? But dell seem to be over pircing things, I dont want something really low spec like a celern with 256 ram is…

was thinking Maybe P4 or D with atleats 1gb ram would be nice? anywhere i could recommend to her? besides DELL.
