    Anyone ever bought from them? What are they like? How good is delivery?

    What is the security procedures they talk about? Anyone ever asked for additional paperwork?

    only ordered off them once before, delivery was 24hours via dhl.

    the security is they ask you to send a photo or a scanning of a credit card bill with the same address as on the credit card just to verify it's yours. this is very standard practice in mainland europe.

    You are only asked once for the statement with credit card billing address afaik, a few companies use that method. I'll see if I can dig up some past threads on pixmania.

    wasn't asked for any additional paperwork myself...
    delivery was fine, think I ordered over the weekend and recieved by the middle of the week.

    The only problem is that the CC is brand new so I don't have a bill yet.

    i'm not sure whether they asked for it to be a credit card statment specifically.

    i think they may have phrased it as a utility bill. i'll check it out for you once i get home from work.

    Yeah, same here. Wasn't asked for any paperwork when I made my first order with them a few months ago. And delivery was about 3 days.

    Bought a car radio bout 6 weeks ago ordered Sunday, came Wednesday. Didn't have to send any statements or photos or anything. Pleased with dealings.
