What a race this will be, im not sure who my money is going on! Deep Impact seems to be attracting all the money, But Hurricane Run is gonna be Tough to beat, ide of thought Shirroco would be his Biggest Danger, But now i reckon its Deep impact who will be the danger, i did watch some of the races Deep impact was in and what an awsome horse it is, Those Japs are no mugs they wouldnt bring him all the way over for nothing!! i think ill just do a Tricast, Hurricane Run 1st Deep Impact 2nd and Shirroco 3rd sixties icon wont be to far behind either,

It's going to be a great race. I think the ground is less of a worry now, with the going good/good to firm in places. I really fancy deep impact in this one, and have been looking forward to seeing him in this for some time. I agree that Hurricane Run will be the biggest danger, I would not be surprised to see them go off J/F. While the market has been very heavily influenced by Japan, I still believe that Deep Impact is a fantastic horse, and will have to much ofr the field. My only concern, as I have voiced elsewhere, is the jockey. He has made mistakes in the past.

I've just watched Frankie's ride in the earlier race aboard Sgt Cecil. What class that guy still has, whatever you think of him as a person, top pilot and still has what it takes after a long and very succesful career.

Was backing Deep Impact but what a race by Pride. Another length or so and coulda had it.

absolutely terrible race, worst arc ive seen in my lifetime
knew it would be like that with so few runners
that form will not stand up at all imo, still think shirocco is the best 1m4f horse around, roll on the breeders cup......
