Bad chest

    I have this common thing where my chest is swollen, cos a rib is growin into the breastbone

    Not in any danger or anythin, but it means I cant out any pressure on it

    So, for the last year in the gym, ive been doin my program minus the chest stuff

    so now im generally toned up, but my chest is really weak, as I just left it alone for a year

    Are there any low-intensity chest workouts that would tone my chest, but not put too much pressure on it?

    maybe light dumbell stuff like flyes,press and pull over,or you could do push ups with your knees on the ground
