Mick Locke, a dealer there, posted that there is a starting stack of 8k, with 45 minute blind levels.

Ring the club on 6114677 and ask for the poker desk. They will be able to give you definite up to the minute information.

    and im home again............

    won a satellite.

I had stack until the last hand before the break where I ran AdKd into pocket 6's with a two diamond flop. ah well cest la vie....

Lucky Lloyd and Connie147 were at my table as was some total loose agressive maniac who made possibly the 2 worst calls i have seen at a poker table - he got lucky with one of them but when he called an all in for c.8k with K 4 on a 9 9 4 board I think it says all we need to know about him..

anyway - mug of tea, feet up for an hour and into the emporium. nap..

So you were in seat 5? Thought you were unlucky in that hand. Your raise to 1,000 PF was big and his call was iffy. It was then a huge call by him post flop when you went all in ,I mean his call with his unimproved 66 for his tournament was questionable.
I stayed card dead all night and the first real hand I got(KK) knocked me out when they were no match for Thomas Nolans A-10 on a 10-10-6 flop.I had 23,000 chips at that stage and went out in 16th. Good game though.
