starting an exe when XP boots

Hi guys, i have an exe called CEMIPCom.exe, It is a C++ app. i need to have it starting when XP boots up. Does anyone know the required string to put into the boot notepad?? I font want to run it as an nt service. any help or tips would be appreciated. thanks David(gracehopper)

Did you try putting a shorcut to the file in your startup folder?
