    The third installment of the UFR semi pro series will take place in the Ramble inn on november 26th,as anyone who has taken part can testify,its a great way to step up from amateur competition,or for those who are more comfortable fighting these rules,these are a lot more relaxed events than the professional UFR events,i have most names in of people wanting to compete,but if you would like to compete contact me now,rules can be seen on www.UFR.me.uk or on www.fighttalk.co.uk you can contact me at progressivecombat@hotmail.com

    MARK LEONARD(POINT BLANK) V KEITH BRADLEY(PROGRESSIVE COMBAT)
    On the UFR semi pro show the finale is two full professional rules fights,this time is no differant with Galways Mark Leonard making a welcome return to an mma ring,he will be up against Keith Bradley,a world ju jitsu silver medalist and experienced mma competitor.
    A great fight to end the day!.
