    Definitely the worst service I've seen or been unlucky to use.

    I bought a phone from them last friday.via one of its members the 3G store.

    I rang them 2 days ago, and its cough being dispatched 2 days ago.
    Rang them today and its being dispatched today...
    I might have it monday they said.

    FFS I've got stuff from America quicker than that and this only has to come from Dublin to wicklow :rolleyes:

    A big thumbs down from me-steer clear :mad:

    Hmm I used to buy from a number of stores located at buy4now.ie (I miss that DVD shop they had before play.com :(). I had a number of problems with Easons where I would order a few books, which mentioned 'in stock'. I'd wait a week or so and then give them a call. Of course they would tell me it was out of stock and they were "waiting for me to call to make sure I still wanted it".

    That seems to be the problem alright.
    A lack of communication.

    Thats what I call lazy and bad service.

    My order was made on friday and apparently will be dispatched later today,I'll have it a week later or worse monday which would be 10 days Dublin to wicklow :rolleyes:
    I'd have been better going into town myself and buying it,which defeats the purpose of on line buying.

    Why shops bother with a dot ie that has a shopping cart when they are this laxadaisical to coin a phrase with the service is beyond me.
    Whats really annoying too,is to be told on tuesday that it was being dispatched on tuesday and then to ring up this morning to be told its not dispatched yet :rolleyes:

    Definite thumbs down,I wont be using them again.
