Peter Nordahls NT Password changer may work for you. The only problem is that if you choose not to disable SysKey then you may find that if the system still boots, any attempt to login may cause the system to crash. Likewise if you disable SysKey you cannot reenable it AFAIK so if your server is being used as a domain controller you will have problems. But, if you do reset your password with this you can backup anything if needbe and reinstall should you encounter further problems as a result of using this tool.

Other then this, I know of no way to reset your password.

I've used this to good effect on XP machines, don't know about Server edition though.
