    Hi all,

Looking for some advice please, ive spent the last 9 months or so trying to get in shape, ive dropped from over 15st to 11.5 (6ft 1)

Im in pretty good shape now but i just cant for the life of me shift the small bit of fat i have left on my stomach, only about a pinchable inch , but i would like to get rid of it so my stomach looks more toned (6 pack)

I do an hours cardio (burning approx 600cal) 5-6 days a week and eat quite healthy.

typlical days food would be, porridige for breakfast , lean meat on granary for lunch then chicken fillet with salad for dinner.

I do have a few beers at the weekend but not much and usually make up for it the next day by working out for longer.

    Any ideas ???

Sorry to hijack - but how did you manage to drop 4 stone in 9 months - was it just pure good eating and gym?

I dropped the same in far less then 9 months solely through good eating and gym - that that said, my diet, whilst good, still allowed for a decent margin of treats.

I have the last bit of fat on my stomach too like you've described, but its gradually getting smaller through cardio. You might want to eat a bit more though - you'll waste away if thats actually all you're eating a day. Don't be afraid to eat more. On an average day I have

Breakfast: porridge, 2 slices of brown toast with butter, protein shake,
    Snack: nutrigain bar, banana,
Lunch: large chicken sandwich with maybe some rice/yoghurt and bottle of powerade
    Snack: protein bar,
Dinner: full dinner of meat and veg, yoghurt, glass of milk
Snack: more chicken or shake before bed.

Weight is still essentially the same as it was when I thought eating like a bird was the way forward in weight loss :o

You have dropped a lot in a reasonable time, you sure it isnt just loose skin? Is there definitely fat under it?
